Grades K-6

Students will be able to:

1. understand and experience mindfulness 

2. build and practice 4 tools for mindfulness

3. experience mindfulness through a customized sound meditation 

4. connect with themselves and their classmates  

This session is focused on preparing teachers to implement mindfulness practices within their own classrooms. Teachers will leave feeling restored and inspired. 

An assembly-style format

Let's partner up to facilitate a community event for all ages! 

This 1.5 hour session involves an experiential, body-centered psychotherapy approach. The client will be guided into a session of assisted self-study through the lens of mindfulness. As therapist, I will gently invite you back into the organic messaging of the body as a way of accessing core material and the subconscious. The somatic session will be followed by a brief sound meditation for further integration.

This unique, supplemented six-hour experience is for those seeking a deeper understanding and connection with Self. Participants will safely navigate the world of their subconscious inside a well-curated and contained journey, exploring sound and sensation through various overtone instruments, recorded music, breath work, vocal toning, and guided visualization.
