It’s been a year now since my participation in a sound therapy session led by the beautifully talented Valerie that resulted in the most profound spiritual experience of my life! Valerie has an ability to tap into what seems like a mystical place deep within her. By using instruments she’s collected from her many travels as well as her lovely voice, she is able to produce transcendental sounds that have the power to immediately soothe my body as well as provide a long-lasting healing effect. Today, when things begin to feel challenging again, I can go back to that place of love, compassion, and connectedness to Nature and everything in it. This grounds me and permits me to view Life as a Gift that I don’t want to waste.

The sound ceremony with Valerie was nothing short of amazing. I noticed Valerie was someone that could guide us towards perhaps a deeper and much needed experience: learning how to feel profound emotions, imagery and memories, with caution and wisdom. I was not wrong. Valerie created an environment and provided simple tools  for us to surrender to the experience and feel spontaneity, joy, sadness, peace and anger. She demonstrated her artistic capacities and humanity that made our intimate ceremony a very meaningful event. I strongly recommend her service for individuals, couples, children, and  small groups. Val's sound bath experience was so incredible!  I felt tension in my body after a long day's of work but this really helped me come back to my body, relax and feel inner peace.  Val made it fun with some really cool instruments that I have never seen before. It was a great reset and felt even more connected to myself.  All of us in the room were blown away by this experience!

Valerie’s visit to my classroom was an immensely positive experience for both my students and for me. The mindfulness tools that she shared were extremely digestible for children and applicable to real life. The fact that her teachings were among the backdrop of sensational instruments, made it an unforgettable experience.

I participated in a somatic psychotherapy session with Valerie. Allowing me to put aside the limiting & tired narrative I kept telling myself, I was held into the process of journeying within, to my own insight, which I happily deconstructed & in doing so arrived at a wondrous sight of my inner unlimited world, one full of possibility & self love. Valerie allowed me space & time to explore & feel whatever was coming up, to give new meaning to sensation, to understand my process. It was a very powerful experience, one of the few I have had that have brought me to the highs of healing that normally I only experience when participating in plant medicine ceremony. There is something so nurturing & healing in the tone of Valeries voice that both comforts & pushes one to be brave in the session. The rigidity & resistance dissolved to be replaced by hope & energy, & I am left humbled & grateful to Valerie for sustaining my own growth within the space she encourages & constructs.
